About the Size

Our shoes’ sizes are measured by the standard Chinese size, however, due to the difference of the shoe size measure method in the different countries, we kindly advise measuring your foot length by inch or centimeter first (the sketch is shown below), then referring to the convertion table shown at our site. But, the Converse All Star series, Vans Classic series are provided with the standard size.

About the paints

Generally, two different kinds of pigments are used by all designers in the hand painting industry, the Textile paints and the Acrylic paints. Here, our designers adopt to the better one--- Acrylic paints. These types of paint eliminate the need for turpentine and gesso, and can be applied directly onto canvas. More than anything, this kind of paint can be waterproof, permanent, light-fast.

How to order online?

3. Direct Checkout, Register an Account or Login Now. You can choose the "Checkout as Guest" and then click on the "Continue" button to proceed with the payment and shipping option. However, we strongly recommend you to register an account with us for more benefits that feedback to you, such as enjoying festival discount coupon and preorder privileges. If you already registered an account with us, please click on the "Login" link and sign in with your registered username without the needs to key in your information again.

4. You will be redirected to the Bill Information page to fill in the required information. If you choose “ship to this address,” then you will be directly bought to the Shipping method, or you’ll come to Step 5.

5. Check the shipping information you fill out. If you want to ship the item to the address where is the same as the one in the Billing Information, then you can choose the option "Use Billing Address", or you can fill in the options.

6. Choose your shipping method. If you have any gift idea about your items, check it out, and add what you want to say. Then click the bottom “Continue ".

7. Choose your Payment Method. And then click the bottom “Continue ". So we support Paypal and Credit Card.

8. Please do final check on all the provided information (selected item, quantity, prices etc.) before you click on the "Place Order" button to place an order. If you forget an item then you can re-edit your cart by click the “Edit Your Cart" in the left corn.

9. Then you will be redirected to the Paypal payment site, and you need to make payment now. Q: Where do you ship from, and do you deliver internationally?

A: We ship from China, but we can serve the people all over the world.

Q: Do you offer all your hand painted shoes with free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Viet land, Philippine, Brunei, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China. To other country and places, we will add part of shipping fee to your order. You may get a shipping quote after add an item to your cart. We are not responsible for custom duty, but we try our best to avoid it.

Q: When you will deliver my shoes after I successfully placed my order from your site?

A: We will deliver your shoes within 2-5 days after your order confirmed at our site. And then it takes another 5-10 business days to arrive you. Customizing shoes may take longer time, because we have to design first, send you the previews and do some updates according to your request.

Q: How long will it take if I wanna customize my shoes?

A: If you wanna customize your shoes, please first choose the shoes, then tell our designers your unique idea on your own shoes or send us the pictures that you want to paint on shoes, and then proceed to finish the order and payment. Please kindly allow them to spend about 7-15 working days to make your ideas come true.

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?

A: Sorry for all the inconvenience. Our site only accepts Visa online and Western Union via bank. But we also run EBay store and Ali-express store. If you want to pay with PayPal or other credit card, please buy from our EBay store or Ali-express store.

Q: How does my order ship to my destination?
