A: Yep, our
designers use the special paint that is both durable and flexible on each pair
of shoes. That is the Acrylic paints. This kind of paint is
proven to guarantee the longevity of the artwork. Besides, you don't have to
worry about your freshness melting away when it rains, it is definitely
waterproof.
Q: Where do you ship from, and do you deliver
internationally?
A: We ship
from China,
but we can serve the people all over the world.
Q: Do you offer all your hand painted shoes with
free shipping?
A: We offer
free shipping to United
States, United Kingdom, Australia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Singapore,
Thailand, Viet land, Philippine, Brunei, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China. To other
country and places, we will add part of shipping fee to your order. You may get
a shipping quote after add an item to your cart. We are not responsible for
custom duty, but we try our best to avoid it.
Q: When you will deliver my shoes after I
successfully placed my order from your site?
A: We will
deliver your shoes within 2-5 days after your order confirmed at our
site. And then it takes another 5-10 business days to arrive you.
Customizing shoes may take longer time, because we have to design first, send
you the previews and do some updates according to your request.
Q: How long will it take if I wanna customize my
shoes?
A: If you
wanna customize your shoes, please first choose the shoes, then tell our
designers your unique idea on your own shoes or send us the pictures that you
want to paint on shoes, and then proceed to finish the order and payment. Please
kindly allow them to spend about 7-15 working days to make your ideas come
true.
Q: Is your shoe size standard?
A: Our shoe
sizes are measured by the standard Chinese size, however, due to the difference
of the shoe size measure method in the different countries, we kindly advise
measuring your foot length by inch or centimeter first, then referring to the conversion
table shown
at our site.
But, the
Converse All Star series, Vans Classic series are provided with the standard
size.
Q: Is your shoe size for Men's or Women's
A: Our shoe
size is for Men's.
Q: What shall I do if the size you offer doesn't
match mine?

Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: Sorry
for all the inconvenience. Our site only accepts Visa online and Western Union via bank. But we also run EBay store and
Ali-express store. If you want to pay with PayPal or other credit card, please
buy from our EBay store or Ali-express store.
Q: How does my order ship to my destination?
A: As for
the shipping methods, we prefer to the EMS which an international express
postal service is offered by postal-administration members of the Universal
Postal Union (UPU), and since its creation, 169 postal administrations have
joined the EMS Cooperative, representing over 82% of EMS
operators worldwide. Then it is the DHL that is a world market leader in sea
and air mail. And other shipping methods, such as the TNT, USPS etc. also can
be available here.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after order
has been placed?
A: If you
would like to cancel or change orders, please contact with us in 24 hours when
you pay us via email. If the order has already been shipped out, then we can
not accept cancelation and our Return
Policy will
apply in that case. If a change needs to be made for your order then we will
cancel your incorrect order within 24 hours before being shipped out. And then
you can place a new right order.
Q: Can I return my shoes, and what's the time
limited?
A: Yep, We
will be pleasure to accept a return for appropriate refund or exchange, but it
is only within 7 days that you can return or refund it. See more details at the Return Policy. ATTENTION PLEASE: NO QUALITY

Q: Can you ship my shoes as a gift?
A: Yes,
sure! We usually ship your shoes as a gift and write the declared value less than
the real price. It is helpful to avoid custom duty. But this means that we will
not include any invoice or any indication of the price inside your package.
